Payment Information
I accept payment through Shopify Payments which accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Shipping Information
The processing time for ready-to-ship items is 2 - 7 business days. The time I need to create and prepare custom items varies. For details, see individual item listings.
I ship everything via Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided with your order. The tracking number will be sent to you when the parcel is about to be shipped.
Shipping costs will be determined during the checkout process.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return Policy
Lost parcels or damaged items in transit
Customers with a lost parcel or damaged items in transit must contact me as soon as they're aware of the issue.
If the shipping is taking more than one month and the tracking information wasn't updated for a long time, please contact me. I will do my very best to assist you in recovering/tracking your parcel.
Please open and inspect your item(s) upon receipt, and report any eventual damages to me within 3 days of receipt. You will have to provide me a photo of the broken item and packing material. Damaged items must be sent back with tracking number and in their original packaging in order to receive a refund. All shipping costs will be reimbursed.
For the cases mentioned above, if too much time has passed without the customer contacting me, I may decline a refund.
As soon as an item is marked as delivered, any loss is no longer my responsibility.
Item is not what I was looking for
If the item(s) is not what you wanted, you may return anything for a full refund, minus shipping charges, within 7 days of receipt. Please notify me upon receipt, and send the item back with tracking number for a refund. I request that you use the same packing materials, in order to receive it back in good condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs with tracking and the original shipping costs will not be refunded. If the item(s) is not returned in his original condition, a full refund may not be issued. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of returned item(s).
Items on sale, second sales and custom orders cannot be returned due to their unique nature, unless a mishap occurred from my end.
